Critique

As soon as I heard that we were going to be doing peer reviews I got extremely nervous because I had never really done peer reviews and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to give them sufficient feedback. I had done it a couple times before but it we were never really properly taught how to do it. However, once we got the peer review rubric I felt so relieved because it is a lot easier to have something to guide you so you know what to look for. I found the peer reviews to be extremely helpful because I could read others narratives and compare them to mine to see if I could’ve done something differently. I also was able to see what errors I found within their paper and see if I made the same mistake. Compared to my past experiences with peer reviews and revisions, I feel that I have grown significantly in this area and I look forward to the feedback I will give and receive as a writer.
